With seven easily-programmable buttons, configurable illumination and a relatively modest $69.99 price tag, I see no reason why one shouldn't pick up at least one of these for Diablo III. Then you should be able to use the mouse natively, taking advantage of all buttons in Clique and WoW in general (as buttons, not as keys). If it doesn't work, you'll need to play with things a bit. I'm guessing / hoping that on the 10,000,001st click it explodes, taking your hand with it. There you need to select 'Detect WoW Mouse'. I've used the mouse for several days now and have yet to reach 10 million clicks. So you should probably buy a case of these. According to my calculations, that's enough to run through the early Diablo III beta test as a Barbarian 1,102 times. They say it's three times more than the average mouse. That's one of SteelSeries' big selling points. Then this macro: Clears your current target if tanks target is dead or they are not targeting anything. Superpowers like being able to withstand 10 million clicks. Set your MT (or yourself or pet if soloing to make the macro work) as focus and assist them.
